Steps

  1. Wash and soak all the ingredients in water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind them all together in a mixer and let it stay overnight to turn sour. Add water to the batter as required to make a smooth dosa.
  3. Heat pan and make dosa with the batter. You can make it roast better with drops of gingelly oil in the dosa. Serve with onion or coconut chutney.
